Water Industry Referrals

A sewage undertaker makes a Water Industry Referral to the Environment Agency when an industry applies to discharge a Special Category Effluent into the public sewer which may cause harm to the environment.

Waste Exemptions

This dataset shows applications for the use, storage and disposal of waste at a site below the threshold at which a waste permit would be required. Gives details on the storage, treatment, use or disposal of waste that are exempt from needing a permit.
