Migration from Insights to groundsure.io

I have received an email saying I am going to be migrated, what does this mean?

We are enhancing the customer experience of ordering our reports as well as making new functionality such as view

Why has my account been migrated?

As part of our mission to improve the customer experience, combine and decommission legacy platforms, you have been selected as one of our users who will be able to achieve all that they do today with ordermaps.groundsure.com within our new platform, as well as opening up new levels of functionality to you. 


What do I need to do to migrate my account?

You will receive an email with the date that your account is being migrated. The next time you attempt to login to ordermaps.groundsure.com you will be instructed that you need to set a new password. To complete this we will send you an email with a unique link to set the new password. Once the password is set your migration will be complete.

When I go to ordermaps.groundsure.com the login page has changed, why is this?

As part of the customer migration we have enhanced the login page to include the instructions t

Can I still access Insights?

Once you have been migrated you will not be able to login in Insights. Don’t worry we will migrate all your information across as well.

What happens to my order history?

Don’t worry, this is still accessible. We have moved your order history to the Orders tab within your Account management page on  groundsure.io.


Not everyone in my organisation has been migrated, how come I have and they haven’t?

We have migrated the users that have ordered the available products currently in groundsure.io within the last 12 months. If they are ordering products that are not available on groundsure.io then we have left their account on ordermaps.groundsure.com

Is it possible to reverse the migration and re-activate my Insights account?

Unfortunately not. We hope that groundsure.io gives you all the functionality you require and more. If for whatever reason you still need an Insights account, you can register for a new one.
