What does the account button on the main menu do?

The account menu allows you to manage your account details. It is split into different tabs that offer different bits of functionality. The Dashboard provides links to further assistance, should you require it; Profile details lets you check the details you put in at registration; if you have previous orders and paid for them via invoices these will appear on the Billing & payment page.

I have been assigned the role of User, what does this allow me to do?

If you are part of an organisation there are two levels of permission available. Each org has been assigned at least one Admin user.

How do I change my role from Member to Admin?

Organisation admins can grant Members with Admin privileges by clicking the ellipses at the end of the row for that Member and clicking Grant admin access

I've registered for an account but I am not linked to my organisation. What do I need to do?

Contact our Customer Service team by calling 01273 257755 or emailing info@groundsure.com and they will be able to link your account to your organisation account.

I’m a new organisation and want to register for an organisation account. How do I do this?

All new requests for organisations can be submitted to our Customer Service team by calling 01273 257755 or emailing info@groundsure.com 

I want to invite my colleagues to join my organisation account. How do I do this?

Once your colleague has registered for an account contact our Customer Service team by calling 01273 257755 or emailing info@groundsure.com who will be able to link them to your organisation account.

We are working on making this self-serve so you can invite colleagues yourself to join your organisation account.

My billing details are incorrect, how can I update them?

Org Admins can update the billing information within Groudnsure.io. If you need to update your billing email, address or billing cycle, click Edit details. This will open a modal that will allow you to update the necessary information.
