The address looks different to what I was expecting, can I edit it?

We use Ordnance Survey address data in our address search. They work with the local authorities across Great Britain to deliver legal definitive addresses. We are in conversation with them on their address structure.

If the address is not exactly as you expect or want on your report you can edit this on the 'Define your site' page by clicking the pencil icon at the end of the address. From here you can edit the address in whatever way you need.

I'm seeing multiple addresses for my search that might be duplicates, why is that?

Some addresses have alternates that are registered to the same property. An example of this could be the house number but it is also known by a building name. If this occurs we will show both instances of the address within the return.

Where is the address finder?

You can access the address finder option by clicking the pencil icon in the text box within the control panel of Define you site. This will open a modal for editing the address as well as adding addresses within 50m of your chosen location. I want to use the address finder to find addresses in a wider area around my chosen site, is that possible?

You can move the pin location on the map and perform a new address finder search 50m from this new location.

Is it possible to permanently save a second email address for all orders?

Not yet but we are working on it.
