# Searches User Guide: Local information
## This information is only contained in the Groundsure Planning and Planview reports.
### Air Quality Management Area
If property is within an Air Quality Management Area it means that the local objectives on air pollution are unlikely to be achieved. The data presented in the Modelled Air Qualities Readings table is the total estimated concentration of each pollutant in the sector that the site resides in, and the air quality objectives for each pollutant, which are taken from Defra’s LAQM Technical Guidance document. This dataset identifies the Police Force for the local area and the Community Safety Partnership. Information on local crime statistics can be viewed at: [www.police.uk](http://www.police.uk)

### Amenities, Infrastructure and Entertainment
The Amenities, Infrastructure and Entertainment dataset includes bus stops, chemists, cinemas, dentists, doctors, grocery stores, hospitals, household waste sites, nightclubs, post offices, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, theatres and train stations. All distances quoted are straight line distances.
